The Senate finance committee has finally filed their Baucus healthcare bill as S.1796, now being referred to as the Obamacare bill. Congress expects the Baucus bill to go through a lot of changes before a final version emerges. Colorado insurers say it will lead to healthcare system collapse. And when you read their logic you'll see they're absolutely right. The bill is equally bad for patients – with nary a word of protection against treatment denials.
