From the July 2003 Idaho Observer:

Devvy Kidd takes reigns of We The People Congress

ANNAPOLIS, Maryland -- Long-time pro-American activist, pamphleteer and tax-honesty advocate Devvy Kidd has begun organizing the We the People Congress from the organizations new office here.

Devvy has a lot of work to do. WTP Congress is an aggressive campaign to establish a nationwide network of state coordinators with WTP contacts in every county. The plan is to build a grassroots organization into a powerful lobbying effort to force the federal government to answer questions about the income tax.

We the People Chairman Bob Schulz, an engineer by trade, has been meticulously building a machine big enough to force the federal government to answer petitions for redress of grievances. If you want to become a part of this effort, please visit the website at or call WTP at (443) 482-3311; 1419 Forest Drive, Annapolis, MD 21403
